Terms of Use
Welcome to iehan.tech. This website is owned and operated by IEHAN. By accessing or using our website, you ("User", "You", or "The Institution You Represent") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not authorized to access or use this website.
01 Scope of Information and Production Services
- Informational Purpose Only: All content, marketing materials, case studies, visual architectures, and demonstrations on this website are provided strictly for general informational and introductory purposes regarding IEHAN's AI orchestration platform.
- Separation of Production Contracts: These Terms do not govern the production deployment or integration of AI systems for high-risk sectors (Governments, Financial Systems, and Enterprises). The use of IEHAN's production platform must be governed by a separate, formally executed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and Order Form.

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this website solely for internal business evaluation purposes.
- You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of this website without explicit prior written consent from IEHAN.
03 High-Risk Sector Acceptable Use Policy
Given IEHAN's focus on critical sectors, you agree not to use this website or any of its demonstration components to:
- Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws and global AI governance regulations.
- Develop, train, or test competitive or clone products/services targeting IEHAN's proprietary trust layer architecture.
- Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, automated data scraping, or any action that compromises the integrity and security of IEHAN's digital infrastructure.
04 Limitation of Liability & Supervised Autonomy
Disclaimer: IEHAN builds the trust layer for AI in production—auditable by design and measurably impactful. However, grounded in our pillar of Supervised Autonomy, all final decisions, policy implementations, and automated actions executed by the deployed AI systems remain under the sole oversight, control, and responsibility of the human operators and utilizing institutions.
- The content on this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
